"Movin' On Up"

In the Season 12 premiere (presented as a "pilot" episode owing to the new title), the gang moves into their new facility in New ROFL City. The ground rules for LT Parodies are: NO tantrums, crotch kicks or plantings in ground, NO power struggles, and NO characters from Hades will appear. However, a new gimmick (a trap door leading to a basement pool) is being tried out. Also, a new character, Martina Sly, joins the gang.
